1. Tell us what you’re gathering for
Share the date, approximate guest count, location, and the feeling you want for the day.
2. Choose your Gathering
We’ll help you select The Gathering Tea, The Blooming Table, The Graceful Table, or Little Blooms.
3. Shape the details
We’ll confirm menu selections, tea choices, table details, timing, and any special considerations.
4. We set the table
Bloom & Grace arrives with the teaware, serving pieces, styling details, food, and tea service needed for your Gathering.
5. You enjoy your guests
We host the tea and care for the details so you can be present around the table.
Reservation details
A 50% nonrefundable retainer reserves your date. Final guest count, menu selections, and remaining balance are due 7 days prior. One reschedule is available with at least 14 days’ notice.
